Cooking with Essential Oils: Lime

Here’s a quick little tip if you’re looking for new ways to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine. I usually squeeze a fresh lime on my papaya in the morning, but the other day I was completely out. So I used my lime essential oil! I just grabbed a spray bottle to spritz it on and YUMMO!

Not only does lime add a tasty zest to whatever you’re preparing, the benefits to your health are amazing!
